职位描述
Job Description:
1. Communication with suppliers,vendors and oversea agent
2. Receive shipping order
3. Check shipment status with suppliers
4. Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information such as carrier name, vessel name, contract no,equipment, ETD, and ETA
5. Arrange book with carrier under agent's shipping instruction
6. Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system
7. Keep agent infomred for any change
8. Pick-up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's requests
9. Inform related charges to documentation clerk
Requirements:
1. College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant
2. 3 years or above operation experience of sea freight export cargo shipments.
3. Be familiar with the operation procedure of sea freight export shipments
4. Good command of English in both speaking and writing
5. Good command of MS-Office
6. Good communication skill
