- Graduate from a school with a name that makes sense.  211 or 985 will be more favorable but not a must; International education background is a plus but not must as well;

- Major in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, etc;

- CET 6 or higher English proficiency, TOFEL/GRE/GMAT kind of scores make you a better candidate;

- Fluent in English speaking and skillful writer;

- Experience in Project management and record of successfulness;

- Strong industry personnel networking and business contact in target market, such as US, EU, Japan, Latin America, Australia, SEA, etc..

- In-depth knowledge of different Lithium Ion Battery application, such as UPS, ESS, AGM replacement, Solar, LSEV, RV, etc..

- Capable to feed R&D team with fundamental market demand data and product specification requirement, can contribute to corporate product planning in a significant way;

- Proven team leadership that can motive peers and with roll-up-sleeve kind of ability;

- Task oriented, number sensitive and details driven perfectionist;

- Independent doer that can get job done with scarce resource and very limited back-up support;

- Problem solver not a debater.
