Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the recruitment life cycle, complete the recruiting process like check on personnel requisition, CV selection, candidate interview to new employee hiring, compile & update related recruiting report, arrange new employee’s physical exam before enrollment, build up company talent pool;

- Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via all kinds of possible channels;

- Responsible for using own judgment and discretion to interpret policies and procedures and apply them appropriately to form HR solutions which support business needs;

- Conduct and coordinate various tasks i.e recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relations etc.;

- Assist on HRBP issues such as staff development, engagement, activities etc.;

- Others duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, prefer with experiences in testing and certification related industry;

- 5-7 years HR working experience, minimum 3-5 years working experience in recruiting;

- Proficiency in written and oral English;

- Skilled in Microsoft Office;
