任职资格：

1、模具设计，机械设计等相关专业大专学历，本科优先；

2、精通CAD、PROE、UG等设计软件，熟悉塑胶壳类的模具设计与制造；

3、熟悉产品开发流程和注塑成型，模具加工工艺；熟悉产品表面处理工艺；

4、有5年以上的精密注塑模具设计经验，有国际品牌或大型企业工作经验者优先；

5、有带领8人以上的模具设计小组的管理经验；

6、为人诚实，思维开放，工作态度积极，沟通能力与跨部门协调能力良好；

7、有良好的英语读写能力优先；

岗位职责：

1、负责塑胶模具的3D设计及2D图纸的设计审核；

2、模具设计、设变、修护及开发过程中的问题检讨、改善及处理；

3、负责召集开模前评审会议，模具设计评审会议，确定模具结构方案；

4、协助模具制作与产品组装，程中所需的夹治具设计与制作，负责产品检验与检测治具的设计；

5、协助解决模具加工与注塑过程中遇到的问题；

6、持续提升模具设计小组的技术能力，控制模具成本，优化模具加工效率。
