Specific Requirements

Collect and consolidate technical, product issue and feedback from consumer, provide regular report to PM and Marketing team for improvement.
Build up product standard Q&A database.
Manage the performance and daily operations of the call centre team to meet service level objectives.
Accountable to meet the assigned key performance indicators (KPI) to meet the business plan.
Provide timely and efficient response to resolve customer issues to achieve positive customer experience via phone call, fax, e-mail, internet, etc.
Secure standard solution as contribution to a good after-sales service in align with China overall service strategy.
Provide leadership and development to the Customer Care team in China to drive a highly engaging team.
Lead total service quality management and customer satisfaction improvement projects.
Work closely with cross-functional team, including Product Managers, Marketing Manager, Logistics Department to provide high quality services to our external customers and distribution partners.
Perform other roles and responsibilities if needed.



Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other disciplined from reputable University or Tertiary Institutions.
A minimum of eight (8) related experiences in customer care or technical support, preferably with experience managing call centre.
Proven supervisory experience managing and developing team.
Strong understanding in technical products or services to drive business processes improvement to meet high level of customer satisfaction.
Excellent communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills and customer oriented.
Result-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization with tight deadlines and work pressure.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
