1. Telephone, Email and Helpdesk portal to support sales team, distributors and end-users for technical issues of Casella products, service and applications.
2. Provide on-site technical support, demonstration and training to the customer or distributors.
3. Lead the China localization process by conducting final testing, calibration and other technical work.
4. Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction is maintained in Casella’s support service and products.
5. Investigate and analyze technical support issues and problems reported by customers, distributors and sales team.
6. Being the expert of Casella products and services, collect and analyze competitive intelligence to develop sales tools on product comparison sheets.
7. Work closely with sales team and distributors to close the deal by digging and meeting customers’ technical requirements with Casella products.
8. Have good communication with Casella UK technical support team and engineering team.
9. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic telephone manner with effective use of simple, spoken English.
10. Point of contact for incoming technical enquires relating to the use of Casella products
11. Follow company process to manage/maintain logs & analysis of all support enquiries.

要求：

1. 4 Year University Degree major in Science and Engineering
2. 3+ years of experience working in instrumentation or environmental industries
3. Work experience of customer service or product support
4. Hands-on work experience of instrumentation on noise, pressure, flow is preferred
5. Good communication skills (spoken and written) in Mandarin and English
6. Competent computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills
7. Solid technical or engineering background
