职责描述：

1. Support Azure Direct customers sign-up and onboarding /billing activities. 

2. Monitor data tracking & perform data analysis, produce reports to support direct business and decisions.

3. Familiar with Azure billing system and billing logic, usage reports, have basic system technology background and can do the system trouble shooting and discuss with engineering team on solutions. 

4. Operations engagements with external and internal teams on production issues; Be an escalation point for customer/internal related issues and requirement to our service, monitor process of solution, keep a record and analyze it to provide recommendations for landing new features/programs to address customer requirements

5. Collaborates across multiple internal/ external teams to drive new/improved operational capabilities 

6. Monitor system & tools in terms of sales record and process, identify area of improvement and provide recommendations.  

7. Direct business-related contents management.

8. Analyze competitors, evaluate existing processes. Recommend optimization. 

9. Compensation/credits analysis & supports.

Fluent in both English and Chinese.

任职要求：

  5 years and plus related experiences

?        Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; 

?        Strong skills using excel for data reporting. familiar with Power BI and other reporting tools.

?        Strong knowledge of SQL/database structures and ability to write SQL queries. 

?        Proven communication and collaboration skills

?             Experience and deep knowledge within Business Operations

?             Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management

?             Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome

?             Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business

Experience Preferred

?             Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecard, and other internal measurement tools

?             Functional (Partner, Services, Sales, Marketing) knowledge
