职位描述
任职资格：
1、大专及以上，电子、通讯或机电类相关专业；
2、3年手机或同类消费品项目管理经验 ；
3、熟悉手机结构原理及加工过程；
4、丰富的项目管理经验及评估知识；
5、了解 ISO9001 质量体系要求，熟悉 QC 七大手法、供应商 QSA/QPA
稽核、SPC、8D 报告等；
6、熟悉各种品质分析工具；
7、具有合作精神，组织协调能力，良好沟通能力，诚实正直，逻辑思维清晰；
岗位职责：
1、执行项目物料质量控制计划、资料外发管理、器件封样管理、试产物料变更管理、流程执行监督、文档管理、试产物料管理；2、主导物料质量目标FFR、RFQ、器件质量标准确定风险评估；3、协调整个项目中所有物料异常处理，主导项目前期所有物料的风险评估，主导器件封样，统筹首返物料的分析及改善，项目环保资料的统筹，客户要求节点资料等资料交付；4、参加试产准备、试产总结、可靠性问题等会议、试产物料问题确认改善情况及关闭情况、试产节点评审及项目阶段资料收集（风险评估表、ODM自购物料表、客户基础资料收集等）；5、品质问题处理：组织处理进料检验中、生产中发现的来料品质问题，并跟踪供应商及时改善处理；6、根据项目经理提供的封样BOM，跟进封样进度的时效性。
