Essential Job Functions

• Overseeing and evaluating the daily operation of the Tooling Department.
• 管理和监督模具部的日常运作
• Interface with planning/scheduling and production manager on prioritizing tooling and mold repair scheduling.
• 与计划和生产经理沟通，确定各类模具生产和维修的优先等级和紧急程度以及相关生产、维修计划
• Review and approve supporting drawings and documentation.
• 审批相关模具图纸和文件
• Prioritize department activities to achieve company goals, department P/L, objectives, plans, and policies.
• 确定部门工作的优先等级，达成公司目标，部门盈利目标以及相关计划。
• Interfaces with all appropriate departments/staff in progress updates, problem analysis, and corrective action recommendations.
• 配合各部门完成模具部门生产流程工艺的更新，问题分析以及改善行动。
• Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.
• 积极识别，记录和执行持续改善。
• Performs all performance reviews and disciplinary action regarding tool room personnel.
• 对模房人员进行绩效评估合管理
• Participate in the creation and maintaining of all SOPs and work instructions related to the department.
• 负责部门相关SOP和WI的制作和更新
• Maintain departmental records, and ensures that training records are updated and that ISO procedures are followed.
• 负责部门培训的持续执行以及ISO流程的执行
• Prepares all required reports, paperwork, and correspondence.
• 准备上司需要的所有报告
• Tool room housekeeping and 5S program management.
• 模房的整洁和5S管理
• Ensures compliance with all safety rules are followed.
• 确保模房的安全操作和生产
• Other duties as assigned.
• 其他上司交代的任务

Qualifications 任职资格

5 to 10 years’ experience managing in a manufacturing environment, preferably in injection molding tool room.

5~10年制造业生产管理经验，有相关注塑和模房管理经验为佳

Computer literate – Must be able to develop, analyze and present data developed from the use of the computer including Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, etc.

熟悉微软和AutoCAD等软件的使用

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

具有良好的人际和沟通技能

Strong leadership capabilities.

具有较强的领导力

Knowledge of mold design and mold/tool making.

掌握丰富的模具设计和制造知识

Experience of plastic injection molds making and ability to operate tool-room equipment and able to train tool-room personnel.

具备塑胶模制造的经验，能够管理模房设备和培训模房人员

Ability to lead a team of tooling personnel to build new molds and ensuring they meet cost, function and quality expectations.

能够带领模房团队在有效的时间建立新模，并确保成本、功能和质量达标
