1、对首件进行确认及首件异常的处理；

2、督促生产线各工位按照标准化作业程序作业以及巡线时，对发现的异常问题进行处理；

3、对相关LED电子产品的功能和外观进行抽查发现问题时，作出相应的有效改善措施。或者提出方案。

4、不良品确认；

5、定期对设备和产品进行点检，并做好记录。

任职资格：

1、熟悉LED行业本岗位工艺流程、检验标准、品质重点和物料使用标准。
2、能准确、正确、及时的记录好过程品质状态，并能在相应时节时做好反馈。
3、工作主动、认真负责落实完成岗位职责和交办事项。
4、具有良好的沟通、协调能力。
