2、编制人力需求计划，建立公司人才面试、测评、选拔体系；

3、协助领导完成公司关键岗位人才的猎聘工作；

4、负责试题库、人才库的搭建管理工作；；

5、协助建立公司培训体系；

6、调研培训需求，拟定培训计划及中长期培训规划，并具体组织实施；

7、组织公司招聘、培训活动的实施、协调、跟进和效果分析；

8、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业；

2.具有三年以上招聘培训工作经验，有LED照明行业招聘工作经验优先；

3.做事结果导向，有目标感，能够高效完成招聘任务；

4.熟练运用各种招聘工具和方法，熟悉国家相关法律法规；

5.具备较强的责任心，积极主动，团队合作意识强；
