岗位职责
人事方面： 1、招聘渠道维护 根据上级工作要求，维护现有招聘渠道，及时对投递简历进行有效处理； 2、招聘面试安排及招聘工作跟进 1)所有面试资料的准备 2）面试邀约与跟进 3）面试前期的沟通与电话筛选 4）面试相关流程的跟进与协调 3、招聘信息管理 根据招聘制度，负责招聘面试题库/面试甄选工具/已面人员档案的更新与维护，确保信息管理条理有序、信息准确，更新及时 4、新员工培训 负责新员工的入职培训，协助制造中心培训部完成相关工厂培训工作。 5、办公室考勤统计 根据公司考勤制度，完成月度考勤跟进，并对有考勤问题的员工进行培训与沟通，确保考勤月报100%准确完善 ； 6、人事手续办理 依据公司制度和流程，负责人员入离职、异动、调配、晋升、降级、转正及续签评核等资料的准备工作； 行政方面 1、办公室行政事务的跟进与支持 负责工厂行政工作的对接与沟通，提供各项行政支持 2、公司大型活动的组织实施 1）公司年会，2）公司体检 3）协助完成公司旅游等相关活动项目
