Responsibility:

1. Manage competence center for 20+ team members
2. Understand smartphone technology trend & system solution
3. Identify customer requirements, define target markets, evaluate competitors
4. Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas, innovation and leadership to drive go-to-market strategy in smartphone field
5. Lead the team to develop new application and solution with full coverage of ST products, including Sensor, Imaging, Connectivity, Power and Analog
6. Manage technical strategy partnership with smartphone customer and platform maker
7. Contribute market technical research on inform strategic decision making
8. Identify new product, drive and support new product time to market

                                    

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years marketing and application experience in semiconductor or R&D experience in mobile phone field
2. Minimum of 5 years management experience with team more than 10 members
3. A team player who is willing to learn and take on new tasks
4. Strong sense of responsibilities, adaptability and details of orientation
5. Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
6. Enjoy interacting with people and being exposed to multi-cultural/international work environment
7. Presentable and with pleasant personalities
8. MUST speak fluent English and Mandarin, Italian and French as advantage
