岗位职责：

1、制作各类报价单、销售合同、采购合同等各类业务文件；

2、跟进客户订单，向工厂采购，安排发货等客户服务工作；

3、协助业务处理客户关系，协助催款等；

4、及时汇总统计各类数据，为领导决策提供合理建议 ；

5、完善公司各类制度文件；

6、负责跟踪及监督执行领导安排的各项工作；

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，有初创公司经验优先；

2、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、较强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力；

3、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

4、具有较强的应变能力和内外沟通能力；

5、有强烈的责任感及敬业精神；

6、良好的计算机水平，熟练操作office办公软件。
