Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Business Planning
2. Contribute to marketing strategy & annual marketing plan by addressing growth opportunities based on company strategy and business key priorities.
3. Provide guidance to business teams for cost effectiveness and efficiency review for all marketing related activities.
4. Propose marketing budget and monitor its spending by setting clear objectives and review on investment effectiveness.
5. Plan, control and monitor advertising, media and event budget.

7. Lead Management
8. Work with sales management team to manage the lead entry process across all campaigns and web / phone inbound enquiries ensuring a process is in place that facilitates the movement of leads generated through to sales follow up via the CRM system.
9. Manage the monthly measurement and reporting updates summarizing results for all campaigns and leads.

11. Campaign & event
12. Event planning and execution, provide event brief, direction and creative strategies to vendors.
13. Execute best-in-class events for company working across various businesses and function lines, supervise the event vendors to achieve best result.
14. Work with cross function teams to support calendared campaign of business lines and provide tactical recommendations around their event and communication programs.
15. Manage and facilitate the marketing approval process at both level of local and regional.

17. Communication & public relationship
18. Based on business priorities to create content, including global/regional content localization and editing, local content drafting and content pipeline and resources management.
19. Manage China social media platform and provide analytics and solution to improve social media performance.
20. Plan, create, localize and manage marketing collateral, posters, demos, multimedia and other sales tools.
21. Manage PR programs, including expanding key media contacts and managing the relationship with the journalists and work with PR agency to achieve positive and sufficient media coverage in targeted areas and industries.

24. Support local implementation of global Manchester United sponsorship programs, such as Manchester United, PGA and LPGA.
25. Work with Admin on company gift planning and management.
26. Stay in tune with all emerging trends and standards across different marketing disciplines including digital, interactive, mobile, social, print and advertising.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably majored in marketing, communication or business-related field.
• 5+ years of marcom and/or event management experience in a B2B corporate or advertising/PR agency environment in MNC.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills within and across functions and levels to gain commitment and build partnerships for effective working output; comfortable representing the company at conferences & other relevant events/activities.
• Experience in digital marketing (WeChat, LinkedIn, SEM, website management & Analytics, EDM campaigns, etc.), copywriting, presentation and event management, hands-on experience with common collaterals design would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; strong priority and time management skills.
• Good command of English both in written / oral
