岗位职责：

1. 负责对代理商招商工作；
2. 负责组织收集市场信息制定渠道开发策略和渠道销售策略，并制定相应的实施方案；
3. 负责对整体销售渠道计划和目标，督促员工完成渠道开发和销售任务；
4. 负责对部门员工进行客户开发与销售培训；

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，市场营销相关专业，具备2年以上渠道/分销管理工作经验；
2. 精通渠销售的各种操作方案；
3. 具备良好的商务谈判技巧，策划能务以及较强的学习意识和团队意识；
4. 能对下属进行培训和指导，帮助下属提高渠道开发知识和技巧。
