职位描述

Job Summary:
This position will take the responsibility for leading a team to provide supports, consists
of compliance, protection services and payment operations. The manager and team will
be responsible for:
1) Ensuring PayPal compliance with various laws and regulations, covering APAC
regions, PayPal's Privacy Policy, various securities laws, other federal and state laws,
and international regulations PayPal may be governed by in the financial services
industry.
2) Processing dispute and claims to protect customers
Required Performance:
A. Maintain acceptable level of job discretion. Performance is evaluated

decision, a desire to make decisions, displaying a heightened level of
accountability, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, confidentiality and
professionalism.

PayPal, and communicating with all levels both within the existing team &
anyone outside the direct reporting structure.
C. Maintain acceptable level of commitment which includes more than just

identifying oneself as a go-to individual, flexibility with change and a
passion for the product and company.
D. Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Job Qualifications:
I. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required
B. Experience
1. 8 years total experience with 3+ years Compliance or financial
services or risk management.
2. 3+ years proven experience in managing a team of employees
3. Experience in a regulatory compliance department within a financial
institution required.
4. Communication skills and experience (E-mail & Phone)
5. Experience in an Internet company, financial institution or transaction
processor preferred.
6. Experience in a Call Center/Customer Contact Center environment a
plus
7. Experience in an internet company a plus
8. Command of Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word,
Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

applications; knowledge of external systems and software (Internet,
Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point).
12. Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
13. Skill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and
urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet
deadlines and achieve desired results.
14. Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships
with co-workers and peers.
II. RESPONSIBILITY
A. Responsibility for Other People, Materials, and Equipment
? Responsible for materials including: This person will be accountable
for Operational expenses within their control. Incoming e-mail, files,
and computer printouts.
? Responsible for equipment including: Computer terminal, adding
machine, fax and copier.
? Responsible for software including: Internet Explorer, Microsoft
Office - Outlook, Word Excel, Visio, Kana, Intranet, Admin Tools, Eservice,
Attack.
B. Decision Making
Assigning work tasks, approval for time off, recommendations for pay
increases, promotions; daily coaching of team and recommendations for
terminations. Making discretionary decision when needed on escalated
issues. Compliance related decisions.
III. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
A. Internal
Close working relationship with: Managers, Sr. Managers, directors, QA,
Training, Product Integration, Executives and other departments as needed.
B. External
Contact with company Vendors and processors, government agencies and
law enforcement, as necessary.
IV. WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Normal call center working environment with some exposure to noise, dust,
temperature changes, and the like.
