职位描述

Primary Role Responsibilities
1. Define company Supply Chain overall strategy, maximize company competitive edge through optimized Supply Chain operation.
2. Responsible for production planning, work with production department to identify production schedules, to maximize customer satisfaction and internal operation efficiency as well.
3. Building mechanism for customer needs forecasting and resource planning.
4. Ensure raw material planning to fulfill operation needs.
5. Ensure operational excellence and operational cost optimization for operational procurement processes.
6. Be responsible for local procurement function, works with global procurement team, coordinates local sourcing, supports global sourcing strategies.
7. Be responsible for all indirect material procurement activities, ensure adequate control on vendor selection in place, ensures appropriate vendor selection and management mechanism and discipline on place and executed excellently.
9. Ensure local quality standards are strictly followed in procurement activities.
10. Be responsible for import and export process management, appropriate tax planning, and ensure full compliance to relative regulations and as well as company operational excellence.
11. Handle all process and procures related with Customs, ensure a positive relationship with relative officials.
12. Company raw material and finished products distribution management, provide best solutions to ensure distribution and transportation safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
13. Warehouse management, ensure storage management in a most efficient and effective way.
14. Ensure all GMP requires fulfilled, support all kinds of external and customer audits.
15. Accountable for all materials and products storage safety, ensure appropriate safety measurements on place and executed with excellence.
16. Accountable for overall supply chain management cost effectiveness, e.g. on appropriate tax planning, operation efficiency to maximize working capital, etc. perspectives.
17. Apply Lean Six-sigma concept to always drive for efficiency improvement and operation excellence.
18. Managing Supply Chain team, ensure associates are appropriately trained, with the necessary knowledge and skills on place, team is motivated, put continuous efforts on team learning and development.
19. Provide professional expertise and support to other Lonza Asian supply chains.


Requirements
? At least a University degree in business, logistics, chemistry/chemical engineering or related professional qualification.
? Has held a succession of increasingly responsible roles for 18 years including 8-10 years of supply chain functions management, preferably with sizable multinational company in manufacturing environment.
? Experience in implementing robust, ethical procurement processes
? Chemical industry supply chain management experience is strongly preferred.
? Proven experience in China and experience in ERP application are essential.
? SAP experience is strongly preferred.
? Good command of local (PRC) import and export process and taxation principles, local statutory regulations.
? Should possess sound business acumen and strategic mind.
? Experience in SHE is an advantage.
? Should possess good leadership as well as a good team player. Possess good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
? Integrity is essential as well as passion and commitment.
? Able to work under pressure as well as able to motivate and develop staff.
? Strong computer proficiency and application especially in Word, Excel, and presentation packages. Strong presentation skills are required.
? Good English and Chinese proficiency.
