职位描述
1.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Business Management Activities:
a.Drives quality control system in place in effectiveness, i.e. Global compliance in quality controls, Good Laboratory Practice, EHS compliance
b.Ensures the consistent delivery of high quality products to consumer by good control programs for Raw Material, Packaging Material, In Process and Finished Goods during the entire manufacturing process.
c.Investigates root cause of quality defects and deviations, drives preventive and corrective programs in place to ensure quality control performance.
d.Leads local Product Conformance Project, facilitates local QC team to work with RA, regional PD, SC to ensure products compliance with specifications and local regulations.
e.Leads QC implementation of Product Lifecycle Management, conduct evaluation of RMAQ (and RM/PM quality performance). Takes responsibility of QWP development for FG and review for RM, i.e. sample code, spec range, analytical methodology, modification of existing QWP to ensure appropriate spec setting.
f.Manages and maintains GLIMS system in good application, updates QC Database to provide stability trend analysis, conduct statistics to product Post Ship Review and Annual Product Conformance Review.
g.Builds and improves GZ Lab capability, capacity and GLP, ensures laboratory performance and efficiency commit to the requirements of quality system and methodology management system.
h.Controls QC Budget and Expenses within target, manages CAR properly to align business needs
i.Organizes QC validation service for alternative suppliers and non-innovation projects.
j.Supports new products development, ensures QC services to formulation verification and process validation properly to consistently meet the quality requirements.
k.QC productivity delivery.
l.Assists External Affairs to ensure consumer complaint well handled in time.
m.Achieves EHS compliance within Laboratory and Material Inspection Group.
n.Collaborates with authority labs to fix analytical discrepancy, persuade methods for analysis on new nutrients that support innovation launch smoothly
People Management Activities:
a.Administers QC personnel activities.
b.Monitors the personnel performance and efficiency.
c.Provides training and coaching to personnel.
d.Creates the suitable working atmosphere, communicates directly.
e.Develops subordinates.
2.REQUIREMENTS:
A.University degree major in Chemical, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or related fields.
B.A total of at least 10 years Laboratory experience in lab of food or pharmaceutical company.
-At least 10 years laboratory working experience in lab of food or pharmaceutical JV companies, 5 years Lab Management experience, at least 2 years covering Chemical lab and Microbiological Lab operation with high tech analytical experience.
-Good experiences in developing Lab capacity and capability.
Technical know-how:
-Comprehensive understandings of quality control system structures, rationales and requirements.
-Professional knowledge and experiences in building/upgrading QC programs, i.e. Laboratory operating SOP, Lab instruments PM programs, calibrations, method validation and position qualifications.
-Good understanding of FDA, WHO and Chinese National Regulations for Infant Formula and dairy products.
-Nutritional knowledge of Infant Formula.
-ISO 17025.
Managerial skills:
- People/team management skills.
- Good skills in human resources optimization.
- Good skills of project management and prioritizing by importance.
- Leadership and QC team building.
