企业商业银行客户部部门经理
工作职责：
管理部门内部事项，确保原有客户的维护工作到位，带领做好新业务的开拓；
计划和实现销售业务开拓项目，管理和准备所有报告，达到监督规范要求；
做好作为接触和联络点的作用，负责统筹管理与客户、客户与银行的关系，提供银行产品的销售和交付，并提供相关服务；
执行信贷评估，遵循银行的信贷准则和政策，制定信贷报告；
监督信贷过程，确保在早期可做好问题帐户识别，并采取补救措施。
要求：
财务、企业管理或国际贸易等专业，大学本科以上学历；
最少4年的企业贷款、贸易融资和信用分析相关经验；
有零售银行产品销售和/或外资银行工作经验优先考虑；
熟悉人民银行、银监会、外汇管理局及税务条例等政策和规定；
优秀的客户服务意识，良好的沟通、人际和分析技巧，能在在压力下工作；
英语无要求，良好的计算机软件应用知识。
Commercial Banking Team Leader
Job Responsibilities:
-Manages a designated corporate portfolio; identifies business opportunities amongst existing customers and sources new prospects through networking with customers
-Plans and carries out regular business / sales oriented customer calling programs; manages and prepares call reports subsequent to each visit as an on-going monitoring process
-Acts as the focal point of contact and co-ordinates the sale and delivery of bank products in managing and providing added value to the relationship between the customers and the Bank
-Performs credit evaluations and prepares credit proposals in compliance with the Bank's credit guidelines and group policy
- Monitors credit worthiness as an on-going process, identifies problem accounts at an early stage and takes remedial actions
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Management or International Trade
-Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in corporate lending, trade finance and credit analysis
-Knowledge of retail banking products and/or working experience gained in foreign banks an advantage
-Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation
-Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
