Essential Responsibilities:


- Responsible for ShenZhen site recruitment activities, covering sourcing channels effectiveness, processes compliance with Regional Headquarter, interviews and selection, new employees orientation, recruitment related reports and other recruitment activities required by People Continuity Director at Regional Headquarter



- Work as site business partner, provide HR related solutions and coaching to site business leaders especially on recruitment. Serve as a key supporting person by providing counsel, advice, recommendations and actions relating to HR matters.



- Work as site HR generalist, responsibilities may expand to training, compensation & benefits, employees relationship and other HR related assignments. Ensure compliance of Company policies & procedures, government laws and regulations during execution.




Basic Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience

- Minimum 8 years of solid HR working experiences in a multinational company, familiar with all HR modules especially recruitment and C&B

- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management cross region under a strong matrix environment

- Demonstrated experience in coordinating, planning and deploying HR programs under a strong matrix environment

- Fluent oral and written professional English

- Good knowledge in MS Office and related software
