China Marketplace Development team is based in Shanghai with a branch in Shenzhen and takes full responsibility of CN revenue target by designing and executing end-to-end initiatives and solutions on generating local market awareness, driving local seller acquisition and activation as well as growing trading activities in a dynamic global eBay online marketplace.
This role will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth for selected high performance eBay cross border trading sellers ;
Ø Manage Electronics Top Seller Account Management team in ShenZhen.
Ø Closely monitor top sellers' performance on item quality, policy compliance, shipping solutions and etc., to make sure top sellers deliver excellent buying experience to overseas buyers;
Ø Support top sellers to become trustworthy sellers by complying with laws and regulations in buyer country;
Ø Provide top sellers with constructive business consultation on diagnosed growth obstacles;
Ø Support top sellers to understand and fully comply with eBay policy/platform changes;
Ø Work closely with international and cross functional teams on online marketing promotions;
Ø Present seller best practices to internal and external audience;
Be a contact window to deliver business results by working collaboratively with internal resources, including trust & safety, product management and marketing teams.
