We seek, dynamic, creative and most importantly highly motivated individuals to fill the position of:

Lead Developer (Location: Shenzhen)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To lead the software research & development of HSIA (High Speed Internet Access) product
To provide presales & after sales support
To organise technical training for internal staff
To manage full Software Development Life Cycle, including hand on coding tasks.
To ensure development team deliver all technical documentations for product GA.
Ensures procedure, guideline for software standard is followed (CMMI based)
To co-ordinate and assign resources for on-going L3 support (stand by for PSE's onsite)
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in related Computer Science subjects
At least four (4) years of working experience in C, PHP, Java, J2E, JSP/Servlet and two(2) years in system/network analyst and design
Able to speak & write English effectively.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Network Topologies - Bus, Ring, Star. Network Technologies - Ethernet, Wireless, Fiber Optic
Network monitoring and operations - Understanding on Network Operations Centre tools like nagios, & zenoss is preferred.
Strong knowledge in network switches & routers. Certified in CCNA or CCNP is preferred.
Well versed in Linux distributions & commands, especially CentOS and Ubuntu.
Have a good Linux C programming experience.
Well known open source java technologies (e.g. Struts, Hibernate, Spring), integration technologies (XML, Web Services)
With knowledge of web server and application server is preferred (APACHE / TOMCAT). Knowledge of industry security standard and concepts (SSL, SFTP)
