1、ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB：

1.In charge of Customer Services, Planning, , Customs, Planning and Warehouse teams.

2.Manage the Customer Service specialist to conduct the daily communication with the customers to interpret the customers’ demands and to make delivery plans to ensure forecast commitments are met. And guide with the customs declaration and shipping arrangements to assure timely import & export with to meet both internal and external requirements, and ensure fully comply with custom regulations.

3.Direct the PMC to optimize the materials, personnel, machine utilization and other resources for the company.

4.To lead a Purchasing team to ensure timely, accurate purchase and continuous and material supplies.

5.To lead cost down initiatives in supplier sourcing, logistic costs and other resources to support more profit margins for the company.

6.To establish and implement operational procedures for warehouse management activities such as FIFO process, raw material in and finish goods out process, and material storage & disposition to ensure the zero physical inventory variance.

7.To maintain the right inventory level in terms of raw material, WIP and finish goods to support the most workable cash flow as well as the continuous material supplying flow. Track excess and obsolete inventory, responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels and turns.

8.To address and resolve possible material shortages; works with other departments to review and dispose of non-conforming materials.

9.Implement and execute ERP system with proper training so as to manage the logistic information flow and ensure data transparency.

10.Set up KPI guidelines within SCM department and make the performance evaluation accordingly.

11.Guide, train and motivate subordinates, and make the career wheel for the right candidates. Other responsibilities include reviewing employees’ performance and recommend employee’s improvement advice; coaches for improved performance and disciplines as necessary。

2、SKILLS REQUIRED：

1.Broad knowledge in an electronics /LED lighting environment, materials and processes.

2.Broad Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management and supplier management.

3.Good understanding of modern integrated business applications; basic finance knowledge is essential.

4.Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills.

5.Ability to communicate effectively in the English language both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

6.Familiar with the local Customs policy and Customs declaration procedure with the bonded and non-bonded materials.

7.Familiar with　ERP（king Dee）and excellent MS computer skills, such as word, excel and power point.

3、EXPERIENCE：

1.10years above working experience in the logistics area in multinational manufacture area, at least 3 years same position experience.

2.光电行业经验优先。
