ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzes Die Prepare equipment (Back Grinder, Wafer Saw, Laser Saw, etc.) reliability, problems and trends, Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.

• Monitor equipment KPIs, identifies areas for improvement, and initiates equipment modifications, ensure all equipment performance meet production requirement.

• Leadship skill in leading DP group to Maintain good MC performance, to improve MC MTBA/ Un-schedule down time and OEE.

• Good teamwork and communication skill: work with DP PE/ production to get Max output based on good support by Maintenance.

• Set up measurable down time records and take corrective actions to minimize the equipment down time

• Control & follow-up maintenance budgets, follow-up maintenance targets.

• DP equipment Documents specifications, procedures, and training materials.

• Work closely with vendors, other department personnel on ways of upgrading

  Qualifications

  REQUIRED:

• Major in Mechanical, Automation or Engineering related Bachelor degree.

• Minimum 3years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of Assy Die Prepare equipment.

  PREFERRED:

• Advanced principle and application knowledge of sensor, motor, cylinder, driver, etc.

• Good skills in data analysis, can Use appropriate data analysis tools for data analysis and model design

• Have strong ability to find the problem, resolve the problem and prevent the problem happened again;

• Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC, with Lean & 6 Sigma concept.

SKILLS:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

• Good communication and Good teamwork spirit is must.

• Ability to multi- task and prioritize, perform work under relatively stressful environment.

• Great skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
