Description of main activities主要职责说明

·        Development of conceptual design including equipment configuration based on the Project need;

·        Perform Process Simulation including Heat and Material Balances and process calculations, utility summaries

         and calculations, equipment lists, equipment datasheet and specifications, instrument datasheet and specifications;

·        Preparation of Project deliverables e.g. Process Design Basis, Process Description, Control Philosophy,     

         Commissioning Procedure, Operating Manual, etc.;

·        Development and maintain up to date PFDs and P&IDs;

·        Development of hydraulic models and design calculations using Aspen/UniSim;

·        Execution and/or participation in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL studies;

·        Specification and sizing of plant equipment (heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, blowers, utility packages, etc.), 

         relief valves, design of drain/vent/relief system, etc.;

·        Interface with other design disciplines such as piping, mechanical, E&I, etc.;

·        Interface with the project Client in project meetings, as well as vendors, and the construction team;

·        Good communication skill with Client, Vendors, and internally within organization members;

·        In certain instances, the process engineer will be asked to follow the project into the field, providing construction,           commissioning, and start-up support.

• University degree in Process or Chemical Engineering and Practical Education in Design of Petrochemical or Gas Processes; 
• Good knowledge in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and mass transfer, and preferably knowledge in using Aspen, UniSim, and MathCAD; 2
•  to 5 years professional design experience in the Oil & Gas Industry; Good written and spoken Chinese language, good written and spoken English language;
•  Communicative, open to intercultural working; Good team spirit.
