工作职责 Job Responsibility
? Handle daily export and import by various transportation mode from SZ or subcontractors to ensure smooth operation
处理及跟进每日从欧贝特深圳工厂和代工厂出口的各种货物，确保各种操作有序有效进行
? Ensure shipment delivered timely, accurately and cost effectively to meet internal and external customer’s requirements
确保货物及时，有效及成本最优的交运以满足内外客户的各种需要
? Based on business needs, to manage or support logistics operation in company project, providing logistics proper solution
根据业务需求，参与公司项目提供物流解决方案
? Follow shipment delay, damage, claim and any other trouble-shooting issues timely and effectively
进出口货物异常事件的及时有效跟进，包括货物延迟，破损，索赔等各种情形
? Close liaison with LSPs(logistics service providers) for booking, tracking, quotation and their operation performance monitor
与物流供应商紧密地沟通，跟进货物的订舱，追踪，报价及供应商日常操作表现的评估
? Involving in LSP service management, KPI measurement and drive daily operation improvement from LSPs
积极参与物流供应商服务的管理，KPI考核，督促供应商的服务的整改及优化
? Provide report of shipment data/analysis in logistics/freight cost control & reduction
提供定期（或不定期）各种报告，数据分析对物流成本进行优化
? Ensure shipment and related all data meet China customs and other local or internal trade compliance requirement.
确保进出口货物及提供的各项货物数据满足中国海关，其他当地或国际贸易合规性的各种要求
? Freight billing verification/monitor, logistics data collection and reporting
运费账单的核对/管控，其他各种物流数据的收集，分析及报告

More than 8 years experience in shipping area at foreign owned manufacturing plant
8年以上跨国制造企业船务物流操作经验。
？ 专业知识 Professional Skills
Solid knowledge in international shipment handling including air/sea/courier/truck
transportation, Incoterm, L/C, international trade and customs compliance;
国际进出口操作扎实的专业知识，包括各种运输方式，贸易术语，信用证，海关合规性等。

ERP and related shipping/transportation system/tool operation
对ERP及相关船务/国际运输管理的认知及操作

Good language skill for both Chinese and English, can orally communicate directly with foreign
colleagues in English
中/英文听说读写流利， 能够和国外同事直接用英语通过电话或面对面沟通。

所需才能及标准 Competence & Criteria Required
? Strong knowledge（with handling experience） in China, HK and international export and import process and related requirement
熟悉中国，中国香港及欧美等国际领域进出口的流程及要求
? Solid experience in shipping handling including various ship mode, L/C, Incoterms, freight rate, forwarder management
国际贸易进出口实操扎实的经验积累，包括各种运输方式，运费，货代服务管理等等
? Experience and good at logistics/shipping standard process setup, update
善于制定及优化物流船务各种标准操作流程
? Well know China customs and other internal trade compliance requirement, with a good sense of compliance alignment, to be preference if have customs declaration experience
熟悉中国海关及国际贸易各种合规性要求，具有敏锐的合规性意识, 具有报关操作经验优先
? Effective communication with diverse persons independently
能够独立有效与其他人沟通，解决问题
? Strong capability in problem solving effectively, project experience
