Functional Outcomes:

- Warehouse inbound management, including transportation, work flow chart and schedule controlling.
- Warehouse stock management, including stocktaking, goods' storage planning.
- Warehouse outbound management, including shipment packing, sales order transportation.
- Set up the working process for each section and do the adjustment on the process to improve the efficiency.
- Set up the routine section for DDP/DDU sales order transportation.
- System integration between warehouse and the company.
- Set up the KPI index. Benchmark, evaluate the work performance for each work stage.
- Discuss and solve the cost issue relating to logistics.
- Enhance all the efforts of team work and the urgent orders' delivery.

Qualifications and personal attributes:

Preferred:

- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Understand the foreign culture and background, and respect the different opinions
- Experience in warehouse management, global distribution, and logistics
- Experience in team cooperation

- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
