职位描述

Accountabilities:
职责

1. Build a positive long-term relationship with the Vender at all relevant sites, levels and departments. Understand Vender products, promotion plan. Set up strategic partnership with Vender;
2. Co-ordinate all communications between CEAC and the Vender team. Work with CEAC Sales, Technical staff and Management to be aware of upstream development plans. Be flexible in personal availability to overcome time zone restrictions;
3. Base on understanding and technology of Vender products, set up promotion program for vertical market. Lead CEAC Sales and Technical staff for products engagement;
4. Understand CEAC business by obtaining input from FSE / FAE on current customer performance and investigating their market position and the effect it has on their future business;
5. Analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the customers business, set up Business plan by SWOP;
6. Base on understanding of customer requirement, lead for price negotiation with Vender, stand on technical requirements, volumes and competition.
7. Co-ordinate responses across CEAC organisation to ensure consistency, stand one point with FSE / FAE to Vender;
8. Organise product presentations to the customer and co-ordinate with CEAC FSE / FAE by team communications.
9. Make informed decisions on new projects. Drive CEAC FSE / FAE team base on vender products;
10. Understand the likely effects of schedules on current and future capacity limits, by booking, billing and forecast management; Ensure availability of technical and physical resources to support end customer;
11. Monitor existing customer contracts with Business Operation team;
12. Encourage the resolution of technical, commercial and logistical problems. Work with CEAC Sales for business plan and customer engagement plan;
13. Contribution to team working and networking within the Technical & Sales organisation and all functions within CEACSZ;
14. Facilitate cross learning between Business Operation Teams and Sales Organisation;
15. Understanding of working practices across many cultures and staff.

Key Attributes of the Role
主要要求

1. Bachelor degree for EE
电子专业学士学位
2. Over 5 years experience for Semiconductor
五年以上半导体工作经验
3. Over 2 years experience for Product Marketing
4. 两年以上产品市场人员工作经历
5. Technical understanding (development, production, quality) ideally to degree level
在概念上的对半导体产品开发,产品应用,产品品质有初步的了解
6. Proven commercial skills in a business to business environment, ideally in a electronics environment
在概念上对电子市场环境有了解,并具备一定的商业技巧
7. Understand business processes (profit contribution, margin, inventory, backlog)
理解商务流程和管理,关于成本控制,利润管理,库存和订单管理
8. Familiar with semiconductor industrial processes and manufacturing

9. Professional, Responsible and Assertive
