系统集成实验室工程師是一个技术职位，负责验证客户操作环境中企业（服务器）與硬盘的兼容性。系统集成工程师与产品主管工程师，开发工程师和客户工程师密切合作，以确保产品成功进行开发和验证。系统集成工程师负责配置硬盘和系统以进行测试，然后监控和分析硬盘日志，系统日志，总线信号等，以确定测试状态。当硬盘和系统之間发生问题时，可能需要开发独特的测试脚本，来区隔出問題，分析和记录。职责还包括创建测试时间表，撰写报告以及用书面和口头报告测试状态。

  

SIT实验室技术人员的工作职责包括 -

  

?配置硬盘和系统以进行测试，执行测试。

  

?监控硬盘日志，系统日志，总线跟踪等，以确定测试状态。

  

?记录问题与测试结果，并且跟团队沟通。

资格

  

  

与计算机科学相关的大學文凭。

  

必须具备Windows和UNIX / Linux系统环境的应用知识。 该系统知识必须包括设置复杂计算机系统和理解系统错误日志的能力。 使用Perl或通用脚本语言的经验会很有用，但不是必需的。

SIT lab Engineer

Description

This is a technical position for a team which verifies the compatibility of enterprise (server) drives in our customers’ operating environments. System integration engineers work closely with the product lead engineer, development engineers, and our customers’ engineers to ensure successful bring-up, development, and verification of the product. System integration engineers are responsible for configuring the drives and systems for test, then monitoring and analyzing drive logs, system logs, bus signals, etc. to determine test status. Problems will be isolated, analyzed, and documented as they occur; this may require development of unique test scripts to exercise the drive and system in the area of problem occurrence. Responsibilities also include the creation of test schedules, writing reports, and communicating written and verbal status.

The SIT lab engineer job responsibility is include –

• Configuring the drives and systems for test, executing the test.

• Monitoring drive logs, system logs, bus trace, etc. to determine test status.

• Document the issues when they occur, also document and communicate the test result to the team.

• The engineer is also expected to read and understand product specifications, and provide input to test schedules.

Qualifications

University with computer science related.
Candidates must have a working knowledge of Windows and UNIX / Linux system environments. This system knowledge must include the ability to setup complex computer systems and understand system error logs. Experience with Perl or general scripting languages would be useful, but not required.
