This role sits in Retail Business line to fulfill wealth management governance associated responsibilities. The job candidates are expected to have robust wealth management experience, especially in product approval, product annual review, wealth related regulatory requirement implementation. On the side, familiarity of operational risk control framework on Retail business is a bonus. 

  

 

  

• Wealth business governance

  

• Review product papers, including product provider DD, new product paper, and annual review paper.

• Be responsible for PFS product approval guidelines.

• Prepare Wealth Governance Committee meeting.

• Study new wealth regulatory policies and liaise with product to perform gap analysis, design implementation plan, monitor implementation progress.

• Monitor entire wealth portfolio healthy status, proactively raise suggestions or risk control proposals on potential issues.

• Review wealth product related procedures/process.

• Composing wealth governance related regulatory report

              

• Operational risk governance

  

• Design PFS internal control framework and perform PFS operational risk control testing

• Closely work with ORM on risk/fraud incidents, and anti-fraud (案防) activities.

• Be responsible for PFS BCP/BIA policy and process

• Be responsible for PFS product approval guidelines.

• Prepare Wealth Governance Committee meeting.

• Study new wealth regulatory policies and liaise with product to perform gap analysis, design implementation plan, monitor implementation progress.

            

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the followings

  

• 10 years of overall experience in financial institution with at least 5 years of relevant wealth governance expertise in a commercial bank.

• Abundant retail wealth product knowledge

• Bachelor degree or above from a reputable education institution

• English CET6 or equivalent

• Good command in MS Office

• Excellent commutation skills

• Positive attitude with vigilant risk awareness
