岗位职责：

1、协助制定公司发展战略，参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为企业的经营发展、投资项目等提供专业的财务决策参考；

2、建立健全公司财务管理体系及内控体系，负责财务团队的搭建与优化，梳理内部流程；

3、参与制定公司年度经营计划，编制公司财务预算和计划，并有效的进行财务预算的控制及实施；

4、对公司整体的运营状况进行财务分析并提出结论及建议；

5、负责公司的资金管理，制定资金使用计划并进行日常的资金调配，确保资金高效运作；

6、对公司重大投资项目及经营活动进行风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制；

7、参与主导公司上市及上市后进程。对外负责信息披露、投资者关系管理，对内负责股权事务管理、股权投资等，配合会计事务所、律所、券商等中介机构开展工作，确保各种活动符合上市要求。

任职资格：

1、统招本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理等相关专业优先；

2、10年以上财务管理工作经验，曾任董事会秘书，有上市实操经验，具备教育、酒店行业等上市企业或大型集团企业经验者优先；

3、精通会计、审计、税务、财务管理等专业知识，熟悉相关法律法规、投融资和企业财务管理制度和流程；

4、具备战略性思维，具有较强风险预判及决策能力，思维敏捷、严谨、应变能力强，具备优秀的沟通协作能力。
