岗位职责：

1、熟悉国家和地方政府的政策、法规、执行相关消防安全制度，执行项目中图纸设计、会审、及配合报消防工作；

2、有一级注册消防工程师证书注册到公司、熟悉消防设计及施工验收规范。熟悉消防设备性能；

3、能准确计算消防各系统工程量；

4、具备二次改造工程消防设计能力；

5、熟悉消防二次改造报审流程（资料整理收集）和新建工程的消防报验工作；

6、服从公司管理，遵守公司规章制度。

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历，机电类相关专业，熟知消防行业相关法律法规，有一级注册消防工程师证书；

2、3年以上消防工程经验，包括商业、地产项目的设计；

3、熟悉AutoCAD绘图和MicrosoftOffice应用软件；

4、精通消防行业（消防电、水喷淋、自动报警系统等）的设计及相关专业法规和技术规范；

5、熟悉消防图纸，熟练掌握消防规范、消防各系统施工流程及技术要求；

      6、具有较强的沟通、协调能力，良好的团队意识。
