Location: homebased
The Job:
1 Identify and generate new business opportunities in the China market, through various marketing and prospecting activities including utilizing public information and personal/professional network
2 Managing the end-to-end Sales Cycle (from lead generation, requirement mapping, proposal building, negotiations to contracting and client on-board)
3 Building and maintaining a healthy funnel, and moving cases to closure through activities such as presentation, client reference calls and etc.
4 Developing the market by initiating industry seminars, organizing/joining events and building partnerships with industry players
5 Report prospecting and sales activities with forecasted sales revenue in salesforce system on a timely basis
6 Ensure sales activities result in achievement of sales target and client satisfaction
The Person:
1 Professional presence and business acumen
2 2+ years working experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management functions with good track records, ideally in professional service industry
3 Assertive, strong initiative, a good team player and a problem solver
4 Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken & written) and bachelor's degree required
5 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6 Working experience in HR industry a strong plus
