1. Main responsibilities

• Find new partners

• Manage and develop partnerships

• Build the order management process e.g. to allocate orders to the factories

• Cooperate with engineers to ensure compatibility with the equipment

• Forecast demand with aggregates Supply Chain to ensure production capacity and

  OTD

• Cooperate with aggregates product management to be aligned commercially (e.g.

  product launches, pricing, commercial terms and conditions)

• Manage the portfolio of multiple brands in cooperation with the partners 

2. Requirements

   Knowledge of China market and China culture is required.

   Experience in aggregates product management or sales related roles would give good background to be successful in this role.

   Business management: Ability to develop new business and partnerships.

   Business acumen: The manager needs to understand elements of profitability and the business dynamics of our customer base. Ability to develop new business models to create value of acquisitions.

   Working style: Strong drive, commitment and result orientation, ability to drive the team towards ambitious targets. Entrepreneurial mindset.

   Language Fluent English and Chinese recommended.
