B).Duties and Responsibilities:
工作职责及范围
1.Provide strong Leadership to support new product development and efficient operation of Shenzen office.
强有力的领导新产品开发能力及公司高效运行方法(深圳办事处)
2.Lead Project Management, Product Engineering and correct any Material/Engineering/Tools/Method errors to launch new products on time.
管理项目进度,产品工程设计,按时按质完成产品开发,并兼顾完善物料/工程/设备的建立,总结错误经验。
3.Develop new vendors especially in China, overseas and sourcing of components as a ‘on- going basis’ to bring cost down to stay competitive.
开发海外新供应商(尤其是在中国),寻求降低成本的采购方法,并作为一个基本的守则,以便继续保持竞争力。
4.Establish and Manage KPIs for PE, PM and Sourcing goals are met.
建立和管理工艺工程,生产计划和全球采购方案.
5.Frequent travel to overseas, Malaysia to support new products, Engineering Run, Pilot Run and Mass Production.
经常出差至海外,或到马来西亚以支持新产品开发,工程部试产和大规模生产。
6.Provide expertise to new products in term of tooling, J/F, technical issues, OI/MI etc to NPD and manufacturing site.
为新产品开发部和制造部就产品模具,产品治具,等专业问题上提供技术指导
7.To lead and coach staff in incorporating and implementing World Class Best Practices into product design and development processes in line with CEO directives to achieve World Class by 2014.
引导和训练员工,并将世界级的优良管理方法引入产品的设计和开发,并遵循于CEO指示,以便在2014达到世界级生产指标
8.To plan yearly Budget and Control Expenses ( Capex, Headcount, Overhead expenses) at a monthly basis and follow company approval cycle.
规划每年的年度预算计划及开支控制(资本开支,员工费用, 管理费用),并遵循于公司的相关制度
9.To recommend and identify latest LED technologies appreciation to the company including attending major exhibition show, seminar in China and overseas.
及时向公司反馈当前最新的LED技术和发展趋势,或者有影响力的展会,讲座等信息。
10.To carry out any other work and duties as required by CEO.

1.Degree in Physics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering

2.Preferably with wide exposure & in depth knowledge in latest LED technology and LED applications.
