B)Duties and Responsibilities:
工作职责及范围
1.To establish process control system through SPC to meet quality and production targets.
建立过程控制系统SPC来完成质量和生产需求
2.To lead a team of engineers and technicians in charge of line assembly processes.
领导由工程师和技术人员组成的团队，负责生产装配过程的设计
3.To initiate and implement productivity and quality improvement and cost reduction program.
落实和改善生产和质量改进计划，做到高质量，低成本，高效率
4.To provide engineering support for new device start up.
对新设备的安装和调试提供技术支持
5.To ensure customer’s products are processed in accordance with customers specification and requirement.
确保产品性能符合顾客的要求，并努力做到超越客户期待
6.To liaise with customers on any quality issue related to engineering.
妥善 地处理来自客户的质量投诉，尤其是工程设计方面的内容
7.To improve assembly yield and quality and reliability.
提升装配的产量，严控质量，保证产线设备可靠性
8.To resolve customers’ complaint and provide corrective and preventive measure.
针对客户的质量投诉，提供正确的改善计划和预防措施
9.Work with Production and Maintenance to enhance equipment performance.
和生产部门以及设备部门协同工作，保证所有设备能够高效运转
10.To continuously train and develop subordinates.
坚持对下属的培训，激发员工的潜能
11.To carry out any other duties as requested and assigned by the superior.
完成上级布置的其他临时任务。

C)Knowledge, skills and abilities
能力，经验需求
1.Possess professional qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with more than 5 years related LED experience
电气工程和电子工程学位，在LED 行业有5年以上的工程/过程控制经验
2.Posses effective leadership and managerial qualities
在有效的过程控制方面，拥有领导能力
3.Able to communicate well and good organizational skills
良好的沟通能力，优秀的组织能力
4.Able to analyze difficult data and propose improvement plans.
优异的数据分析能力，并据此提供改善建议
5.Six Sigma working experience at MNC is preferred.
拥有6 Sigma工作经历尤佳

D)Working Condition:
工作条件
1.Normally in air-conditioned environment with no physical discomfort due to heat, noise, dust and so forth.
