Responsibilities:


1.Coordinates activities of designated programs involving direct contact with customers from Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) at the stage of product design/development, quoting tool manufacture and engineering builds for customers, tooling transfer till successful program ramp-up at molding plant;
2.Prepares quotation for build parts, tooling, decorating costs, and assembly for assigned programs;
3.Determines customer requirements and negotiates prices with vendors for tools, equipment and service;
4.Prepares weekly project status updates to Program Managers and customers;
5.Liaison with toolmaker and molding plant in dedicated program activities, e.g. progress follow-up and ramp-up planning, etc.;
6.Participates in new tooling FOT, tweaking, and qualification process, and ensures that all FOT and SA commitments on assigned projects are met.


Requirements:


1.BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering;
2.Basic knowledge in plastic injection molding and tooling;
3.Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position;
4.CAD knowledge in Pro/E & other CAD software is required;
5.Good command in Korean, English and Mandarin;
6.Frequent travel is required.
