Main responsibilities

? Managing the mould production in a modern facility

? Designing production process, manpower resourcing and shift arrangement, production 

planning and execution

? Being responsible for several teams in the production department

? Organizing activities in compliance with group strategy and annual plans

? Controlling cost, leading time and quality competitiveness

? Understanding the customers’ needs

? Budgeting and supervising operations costs

? Being responsible for improvement in cost competitiveness 

? Training and managing employees, providing necessary coaching and supervision and 

allocating recourses depending on the changing needs

? Maintaining and improving the facility and process infrastructure

Requirements

? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering related

? Proven experience from a flow-oriented production in the manufacturing industry; 

acquaintance with the processes such as CNC, Wire-cut..

? Leadership skills, including coaching skills, staff’s development, performance follow-ups etc.

? Good organization and planning skills, problem solving abilities

? Strong operational management experience with business-oriented mindset

? Mould manufacturing experience will be considered as an 

advantage

? Well-structured person with a mindset focused on quality but also continuous 

improvement to increase efficiency in production

? Good understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9000

? Attention to detail in a customized style production environment

? Good command of English and Chinese
