职责描述：

1. Define business model and business case of Connected Car services based on rollout project footprint by aligning with departments of global branches

2. Service rollout management and change request management for planned projects, and relevant systems by working with development teams

3. Cooperation with team to realize the planned projects into all touch points including OMC, App, Web and Vehicle to meet harmonized customer experience journey

4. Invest efforts by working with other internal teams (such as US-CN business development, business operation, product marketing, Engineering etc.) to promote the services and increase user base

5. Take part in Supplier review and selection process with business development teams

6. Resolve legal issues for service rollout in market by aligning with internal legal department

7. Rollout transition to operation team in cooperative manner

任职要求：

- Fluent verbal English in conference with English speakers

- 3+ years’ experience in telematics business industry

- Skills of establishing O2O service model/ business case, or O2O App feature

- Skills of managing Third-party Suppliers/ External Partners

- Knowledge about the connected car, the automotive market and telecommunications/ telematics industry in China

- Understanding of the in-vehicle user experience

- Service/ project management experience, ability to involve and work with other departments to achieve objectives. Deep understanding of IT and Engineering structures and processes

- Inter-department communication, management skills 

- Ability to work effectively with and lead other people, strong work ethic, self-confident and self-directed
