Job Function Performs firmware coding, unit testing and debugging

- Conducts informal code reviews with peers

- Writes Technical Documentation

- Develops Unit tests (manual and automated)

- Develops hardware simulation models and simulation based regression tests

- Develops scripts to facilitate software testing

- Analyzes and resolves system level defect (bugs, performance, design)

- Analyzes and tracks system requirements

- Performs system architecture design

- Leads team members to accomplish project successfully

- Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, applications engineering, sustaining, product verification)

Responsibilities

Skills/Experience Work experience more than 3 years

- Excellent C++ programing skill

- Experience in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols

- Experience in embedded system development,

- Experience in BSP and Linux kernel

- Experience in hardware driver (e.g. CPU, Bus, memory controllers, cache, NVM, DMA, Interrupt handling)

- Firmware development or driver experience on any kind of PLC/EOC/DSL chipset is preferred.

- Experience in OFDM PHY is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Experience in team leader/manager or project leader/manager is preferred

- Experience in system design or architecture design is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

Education Requirements Bachelor / Masters of Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
