职位描述
General Responsibilities:
* Targeted sales activities
* CRM system update of sales activities, process status.
* Achieve NR target in line with the company objectives
Detailed Responsibilities
* Build up target accounts into the sales pipeline with specific selection criteria's in line with Agility's GCA Trade Lane strategy.
* Provide updates to marketing/ pricing and customer feedback on expectations
* Achieve minimum sales calls target per week
* All sales activity and sales planning logged in CRM
* Provide weekly review of opportunities and plans to close opportunities
* Weekly review working platform with Sales manager
* Achieve agreed income & expense budgets and taking corrective action where the assigned budget has not been met
* Total pipeline NR value should not be less than 5 times of assigned NR target
* Engage with clients and establish long term relationships
* Adhere to sales KPI measurements
* Other tasks assigned by manager
Measurement
* Achieve assigned GR/NR target in accordance with selection criteria and Trade Lane strategy
* Meeting pipeline GR/NR requirement
* Sales calls meet required minimum on weekly basis
* Generate NR equivalent to 3 times total expenses/costs of individual within 3 months
Communications
* Internal -products, sales support, customer services, local/overseas network.
* External - Customers

Competency Requirements Desired Level
* Communication Strong communication skill, probing skills
* Customer Service Strong sales orientation with excellent service etiquette;
* Team Work Cooperative, and team player with broad business insight
* Problem Solving Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions
* Result Orientation Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline
* Client database Medium sized international client database preferred.
Qualifications Requirements
* Knowledge & Skills Industry knowledge, of basic handling procedures for air & ocean
Import & emerging market (LATAM/ISC/MEA) sales experience preferred.
* Education & Training A degree holder and the ability to speak, read and write in English.
* Experience 3 years sales working experiences in tier 1 forwarding company
* Personal Characteristics Accountable and responsible; Positive attitude under high pressure;
Determined and confident.
