职位描述
Job Requirement:
· University degree
· Good understanding of management systems, e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
· Leadership experience with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams
· 2+ years in related industry (logistics) experience in a process improvement program and/or project management, including needs assessment, business case creation, scope definition and project planning.
· Implementation experience of LEAN projects both directly and supervising others within a multinational and multicultural environment
· 1+ years experience as certified Black Belt (excluding certification period). Technical competency in LEAN methodology: DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen/Work-out and change management
· Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN methodology applied to the improvement of transactional processes
· Verifiable success in implementing process improvements leading to improved customer satisfaction and/or revenue increases/cost reductions.
· Experience in delivering training on LEAN methodology (Green Level only)
· 2+ years experience working in an international multi-cultural environment
· Use of Minitab or similar tools for analysis of data
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management
To manage improvement projects across the division to achieve process optimisation and increased business performance.
· Document and obtain Customer Experience, Operations and Finance agreement on formal project reviews
· Identify and prioritise PACE/LEAN projects by working with the Business Unit leadership teams
· Build relationships with key stakeholders across TNT Express to identify potential new projects
· Plan and organise resources to achieve successful implementation of improvement projects
· Lead, facilitate and execute multiple cross functional PACE/LEAN projects, motivating participants in the execution of projects:
- Assess and control risk in cooperation with Process Excellence management and the Business Unit teams
- Control project execution and ensure completion of project milestones
- Track and report progress to stakeholders
Implementation & follow-up
To monitor projects implementation and to provide feedback to stakeholder in order to achieve desired results and optimise current and future implementation processes.
· Establish baseline process performances and monitoring / reporting the effect of improvement activity. Where appropriate convert process improvement metrics into an auditable financial benefit
· Assist with the local area deployment of PACE/LEAN methodology that may include mentoring other part-time facilitators, tracking the local deployment scorecard and reporting results
· Deliver presentations to management on process improvement project purpose, outcomes and benefits achieved
· Act as change agent to instil PACE/LEAN methodology throughout the organisation.
Training development & delivery
To develop and deliver process improvement training materials to TNT Express employees in order to raise awareness, transfer knowledge and develop the appropriate skills, cross-functionally, at all levels in the organisation.
· Support the design and development of process improvement training courses at Green Belt level
· Deliver process improvement training courses at Green Belt level to end-users and Business Units trainers
· Monitor and record improvement opportunities for materials, contents and methods.
· Verify the transfer and retention of skills and knowledge.
Data analysis and interpretation
To analyse and interpret data in order to improve PACE/LEAN processes measurement.
· Design and-or improve measurement processes
· Perform analysis using appropriate tools and interpret the results using critical thinking to reach sound conclusions and make reasonable and pragmatic recommendations
· Work with the team to implement the recommendations, verify impact, and establish a control plan
· Monitor performance and improvements of key metrics.
