What you Do：

• Lead a team to analyze and execute on opportunities for revenue quick win, operation improvement and other key initiatives
• Establish market intelligence & analytical framework to support regional business development teams on opportunity identification, acquisition prioritization and deal negotiation
• Develop processes and metrics for inventory products to speed up product launch and track operating performance
• Identify pain points & opportunities in product features to work with product management team on tech improvement
• Assist with ad-hoc data projects/analysis for management-level initiatives

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in quantitative analysis, statistics, business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of market/user research, sales operations/operations, or business analytics. Work experience in startups or tech companies is preferred.
• Experience in programming or analytic tools such as SQL, Python, Access, VBA, Google Data Studio
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
• Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Experience of studying overseas or working overseas is preferred
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
