General Description:
As one of sourcing Engineer of IAT, in this role will try to find qualified suppliers, project assessment and quotation, and be responsible for address technical issue, supplier quality and process control.

Major Responsibilities:

* Identify potential customer and supplier, communication with both customers and suppliers;

* Do assessment of project, evaluate capability and capacity of supplier, and recommend potential supplier's profile to determine suitability.

* Develop program to continually monitor supplier performance, identify required improvements and implementation.

* Identify manufacturing and system processes improvements required, trouble shooting and correct handle communication with customer and supplier in process.

Candidate Specification:

* Bachelor and above degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, be able to use CAD, 3D and office software;

* 2 years or above experience in Mechanical manufacturing plant, or sourcing management field in multi-national company;

* Project management, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, material, process capability and product quality control;

* Good English speaking and writing skills;

* Frequent traveling is needed.
