岗位职责：

1、负责高温合金产品成分的设计及材料测试；

2、负责高温合金的科研和工艺工作；

3、负责实施金属工艺的研发工程和科研项目；

4、负责编写相关设备的操作程序、总结报告；

5、根据研发的项目，分析相关科研数据，完成相关学术论文的撰写；

6、了解国内外行业动态及前沿技术。

任职资格：

1、硕士及以上学历，冶金类、材料类等相关专业；

2、有高温合金，粉末冶金或航空飞机发动机叶片、涡***等相关研究方向或工作经历优先，优秀应届毕业生可考虑；

3、了解高温合金设备的操作及注意事项；

4、掌握质量管理、安全规章等生产相关规定，具备阅读英文学术文献的能力；

5、工作积极主动，乐于解决问题，具有较强的专研能力和创新思维能力。
