Main responsibilities:
1 Market intelligence study & research to identify market size, competitive landscape segmentation analysis
2 Work with sales to define product and segment strategy
3 Provide system/application training to customers
4 Lead and drive product development projects, deliver products on time
5 Push cost cut projects and engage in price negotiation
6 Work out mid to long term product roadmap
7 Product documents and implement product launch activities

Main requirements:

1 Bachelor’s Degree or above
2 Over 5 years of product management experience in lighting industry, familiar with Outdoor professional luminaries products
3 International exposure within Asian region strongly preferred
4 Experiences of leading cross functional project teams to accomplish different tasks
5 Good command on spoken and written English
