任职资格：

1. 全日制统招本科或以上学历，财务管理、国际金融、国际贸易等专业背景； 

2. 5年以上财务会计工作经验，其中3年以上财务管理经验，至少2年海外财务管理工作经验； 

3. 熟悉使用Excel/Word/PPT等办公软件，熟悉SAP系统者优先； 

4. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够在英语环境下完成各项工作；以及具体良好的跨文化沟通能力；

5.英语口语可以作为工作语言进行交流； 

岗位职责：

1、组织公司日常会计核算工作；组织编制并按时报送总部或集团要求的各类财务报告；组织对接并完成公司内、外部审计工作； 

2、组织开展预算管理、财务分析；加强预算过程管控，使各项支出受控于预算； 

3、负责公司资产管理，定期对各项重要资产进行盘点，安排公司资金计划，保障公司资产安全； 

3、参与公司日常经营管理与决策，主导并推动公司内控、流程体系完善，持续强化制度建设、合同管理和授权管理等；及时掌握当地相关政策、汇率、利率等行业信息，为决策提供依据，为业务提供财务专业支持； 

4、主导公司信用政策制定和应收账款管理，组织公司的客户管理，包括赊销开户、信用额度管理、对账等工作； 

5、负责公司外汇风险管理，参与制定公司的外汇管理方案，降低外汇风险对公司经营产生的影响； 

6、关注公司税务风险，主导应对当地税务或政府机构的审查等；组织公司内部进行税务风险检查；主导公司税收筹划工作； 

7、 协调公司IT和法务事宜：协调推进公司信息化建设，包括SAP系统的开发和利用等； 

8、完成上级安排的其它任务。

通讯业务板块

半导体业务板块
