1、 业务介绍

信用卡催收：通过外呼方式，进行银行信用卡的催收，将银行的资金风险降到最低。

2、 招聘基本要求：

1) 普通话标准，，沟通谈判能力强，具备较好的服务意识及风险甄别意识；

2) 工作态度严谨，具备团队合作精神及独立解决问题的能力；

3) 较强的抗压能力，心理调节能力强，有上进心，对公司文化认可，适应加班；

3、 薪酬:

基本工资 无责任底薪5000+绩效+提成（综合工资区间6000-18000）

4、 上班时间

:一个月累计放假6~8天，月初工作量较少，会在月初连休2~5天，后续跟周六调班，正常上班时间9:00-18:00，周二周四上班时间：9:00-19:00；
