2、熟练运用AutoCAD,PRO/E等设计软件和OFFICE办公软件
3、掌握机械设计及制造理论和工艺
4、对塑胶注塑模具和五金冲压模具结构比较熟悉了解，了解塑胶和五金成型工艺，五金表面处理工艺以及常用的塑胶和五金材料
5、具有良好的分析判断能力与执行力
6、具有品质意识、责任心、耐心和条理性
